Children’s Bookstore began with a simple but compelling premise: let’s make school bookfairs easier on librarians, student and parents by hosting them online.
Our design engagement began with a fun, friendly logo with a youthful, but not juvenile, color palette. Book catalogs, brochures, flyers and html emails were then developed with a fun but sophisticated look that signals that this is a modern, nimble enterprise and not the typical institutional behemoth. Most recently, W Design collaborated with owner Jake Ball to create a trade show booth. Fixtures were designed to reflect the brand in 3-D. In addition to large-scale graphics, a reading area with two couches was featured to celebrate what this brand’s really about: a passion for reading.
